Destin Photography-A starfish engagement

Don called me about two weeks ago to discuss a photo session he wanted to have with Kelly, when they arrived in town for their vacation from Tennessee. But extra special was this session to be, because Don told me he wanted to propose to Kelly. They had been dating for more than a year, and though they had both been married previously and had grown children, he still wanted it to be special. I was so excited to be in on the secret, I actually got butterflies when we were on the shoot. He had told me he was nervous, so I guess it was contagious!! Anyway, I came up with the idea that I would bring along a starfish as a prop, and then when Kelly wasn't looking, he would place the ring on the starfish and propose.
And it worked!! Thanks guys for letting me be in on such an intimate moment!

High school senior photographers in Destin

Katy is excited to be entering her senior year, and as a cheerleader she will be VERY busy this year!!

When her family decided to take their vacation in Destin this year--from Missouri--her mom thought it would be a great idea to have her senior photo session while they were at the beach.  We all had a great time, and Katy and her mom are just great to be around...Good luck in your future, Katy!
